Club and loge box seating that will come with access to a premium club level. The club will have its own concessions and restroom facilities. In addition to the game day activation of the club level, the space will be utilized for functions throughout the year. The end zone will also include retail opportunities that will activate on game day and throughout the week. Appalachian Food Services will operate out of the facility for their catering headquarters.

The cost is an estimated $45 million. Several campus organizations are submitting funding for the initial construction as part of a collaborative partnership. Annual payments on the end zone will be provided by revenue generated from club seat and loge box opportunities.

At this time, the facility is not designed to connect the East & West Stands. However, should additional resources become available, there would be an ability in the future to connect the two concourses.

Work began at the start of 2019 to demolish Owens Field House. During the next 18 months, work will ensue to construct the facility in time for the opening kickoff of the 2020 season.

End zone seats require an agreement of 3, 5 or 7 years. In addition, a one-time seat license fee of $1,000 is required per seat.

No. Failure to fulfill the agreement will only result in the loss of the seat. However, you would be required to pay the $1,000 per seat license fee to obtain seats again.

Yes. All new club seat agreements are required to pay the one time, per seat license fee of $1,000.
